We aim to send our reports within 24 to 48 hours of the records being inspected. If you require this report urgently please make sure you notify Astute Strata Reports at the time of the application.

Astute Strata Reports accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions in the report where our inspectors have unknowingly not been provided with or given full access to any records of the owners corporation, either withheld or not provided by the Managing Strata Agent or the Strata Record holder at the time of the inspection.

The standard invoice of $355.00 inclusive of GST includes all statutory fees and disbursements and is required to be paid in full before the report will be emailed to you.

Additional lots inspected incur an additional $110 inclusive of GST to cover statutory fees and disbursements charged by the strata agent.

A cancellation fee of $175.00 applies if cancelled after our inspector has already carried out an inspection of the records or if any statutory fees have already been paid to the Managing Strata Agent or the Strata Record holder, however, a full refund will be given on paid invoices if cancelled before any statutory fees have been paid and or the inspection of any records has taken place.
